Lindsey & Anthony have been sweethearts since their high school sophomore year, and are set to say their I “dos” next June at a charming venue called Lake Oak Meadows in Temecula, California. We get a sneak preview of their rustic venue and eclectic country style, through their darling engagement shoot captured by Kayden Studios.
From the Photographer: It was the perfect spot for their rustic, outdoorsy themed shoot. Their “love story” sign was an engagement gift from Anthony’s sister, Jessie. It shows all the special dates in their love story since the very beginning.
From the Bride-to-Be, Lindsey:
How did you meet?
We met in 2004 during our freshman year of high school through a mutual group of friends. We started dating a year later in October of our sophomore year, he was 16 and I was 15.
How did he propose?
He proposed May 14th, 2013. We had gone to The Branding Iron in San Bernardino for a Randy Houser concert, he is one of our favorite artists. We had a group of friends who came to the concert with us, all of them new Anthony was going to propose and they did a great job hiding it! Shortly before the concert started Anthony took me out to the dance floor to dance. The DJ then called us out to the middle of the dance floor and said that Anthony had something he wanted to ask me. He got down on one knee with every single person watching and asked me to marry him- and of course I said yes! Then my parents and some of his family popped out of the crowd, as an extra surprise they were hiding in the crowd to see the proposal.
What are your wedding plans?
The wedding will take place June 20th, 2014. It will be at a venue called Lake Oak Meadows, in Temecula. It is a great mix of beautiful vineyard and rustic country elements. Our wedding will have a more casual country feel with cowboy boots and more!
