Arizona based photographers, The Amburgeys, continue to amaze me with their awe-inspiring collaborated wedding inspiration, and I’m just beyond thrilled to be sharing another one of their creations, a modern southwestern wedding with hints of Pantone’s color of the year, serenity & rose quartz.
From the The Amburgeys: We wanted a classically modern wedding with color combinations of white, gold and blue but with a SW twist adding in geometric shapes and backdrops. It was perfectly complimented by the beautiful desert landscape and views of the Superstition mountains the venue provides.
More from the The Amburgeys: These styled shoots I host for photographers in the Arizona area and I ALWAYS choose real couples. This couple was approaching their 1 year anniversary and what better way to celebrate than to get dressed up into your wedding attire for a shoot! Little did I know the bride had been suffering from medical problems throughout the first year of their marriage and this is the gift that they needed. This is some sweet words from the bride:
“Seriously y’all, these photos are making me cry. Some of you may know, I’ve dealt with serious health issues for two years, but mainly the past year has been the worst and it just so happens it was our first year of marriage. We haven’t been able to get out much like normal couples, travel, or take many photos. Our last amazing day really was our wedding. I was so scared I’d be sick yesterday or something would happen and I’d have to struggle through it, but instead, it was a magical day. To you all it may have just been a shoot, but to us it was like remembering a little piece of our happiest healthiest day a year ago. “
