If you are a color addict like me you probably like to keep up with new upcoming color trends, and one resource that stands out from the rest when it comes to forecasting color trends is Pantone’s Color Institute. Each year they announce a new color of the year and this year they chose Marsala – a red-brown hue that embodies warmth and richness. And I have to tell you guys, this is has to be one of my favorites so far! And guess what. I have a gorgeous wedding to share with you today that incorporates this magnificent color!
Katie and David had a beautiful fall wedding this past October at Highgrove Estate at Lake Laurel, North Carolina, and gosh was it a stunner. Bridesmaids in Aubergine (eggplant), combined with accents of cream, silver, light pink and the showstopper hue Marsala, painted the scene of classic elegance. Erin Costa Photography couldn’t have captured the day any more perfectly.
