Florida based photographer, Holly Frazier, of Holly Frazier Photography met up with Brittany & Joshua in a cotton field in Northern Florida for what can be described as a heavenly-country inspired engagement shoot. Billowy puffs of cotton reminiscent of snow makes for just beyond dreamy photos. Brittany & Joshua are just absolutely adorable and I just love their choice of attire. They have a date set for April 12, 2014.
From the Bride-t0-Be, Brittany:
How did you meet?
Josh was my first best friend! My dad (Brian C.) and his dad (Richard D.)both went to the Florida Highway Patrol Academy together and were both sent to Port Saint Lucie to start patrolling. Josh’s family didn’t have any family down south and neither did mine. Josh’s dad and my dad became friends along with my mom(Alison C.) and his mom (Kimberly D.). We immediately become each other’s support and family.
My mom found a job, while we were living there and Mrs. Kim was a stay at home mom so she baby sat me Josh and we immediately became best friends!! I went with Josh on his first day of school and at night I would cry and tell my momma “I won’t my “Jo-Ju-Ah” my mom would have to call Mrs. Kim and I would have to hear his voice before I went to sleep.
Our moms used to always say how neat it would be if me an Josh grew up and got married, little did they know we would and were always meant to be. Years past we got older my family eventually moved back to our home town Jennings FL(Hamilton Co.) and Josh’s family moved back to there home town Macclenny FL. I went to school at Corinth Christian Academy and played sports. Josh and his younger brother Zach began going to one of the schools we played against. My mom recognized Josh and Zach and ever since that day in 2007 me and Josh have been together and I always knew he would be the one.
